Affiliate disclosure
Affiliate links on this tool
Two links under the planner are affiliate links, and they are the only paid relationships on this page:
- Airalo: the "See Airalo plans" eSIM link. If you buy a data plan after clicking it, the owner of this site earns a commission from Airalo.
- Kiwitaxi: the "Book a transfer ahead" airport-transfer link. Same arrangement: a commission from Kiwitaxi if you book a ride.
The merchant pays that commission, not you. It costs you nothing extra and does
not change the price you pay. Both links carry rel="sponsored" and a
disclosure notice sits next to each one, in line with the FTC endorsement guides
(16 CFR Part 255) and EU transparency rules (Directive 2005/29/EC).
This site also links to Amazon search results for practical gear. Those links are ordinary, untagged links: we are not in the Amazon Associates programme and earn nothing if you buy through them.
They sit in the clearly labelled "Pack for the time shift" gear block
underneath the planner. They carry no tracking tag and no rel="sponsored",
because that attribute tells search engines a link is paid and those ones are
not.
What affiliate links never touch
The planner's output — your sleep-shift schedule, light exposure and avoidance windows, and the melatonin timing notes — is computed from the published phase-response research constants bundled with this tool. No schedule, threshold, or piece of guidance on this site is influenced by monetisation, and none of the educational references we cite pay us anything.
